I wonder how does this mod is better than playing with smart ai mod. The vox populi mod is a collection of rule changes for civilization v that result in a total overhaul of the game but keeping the spirit of the base game. Vox populi civ 5 changes. It s a little outdated as the mod receives a balance update every other week but it will definitely adress most of your curiosity regarding content. I ve been playing civ 5 for a good while and i ve decided to start playing with the vox populi mod but i have some questions. It can be overwhelming at first as it feels more like a civ 5 2 than a modded game but it s pretty easy to get the hang of it. Contains bugfixes ai improvements and api enhancements for modders.

I ve already started playing a game but only on warlord difficulty just to get used to it. I ve written a guide playthrough last september. In that occasion some people talked about playing civ 5 with vox populi mod. Because i might try it if it is a noticeable improvement over the smartai steam mod.
